Hi, I’m Monse, the founder of Estudio EM. Growing up, I watched my mother pour her heart into running her small clinic. I saw the joy her work brought her—but I also saw the late nights, the endless paperwork, and the stress that came with it.
That experience inspired me to pursue a path where I could help business owners like her. I wanted to create systems that don’t just work, but systems that give you back your time, your energy, and your love for what you do.
I was raised by my grandparents and widowed mother in the Chile, so if you think “Oh, this woman has some ‘old people’ taste,” I can’t deny that I was influenced by my grandmother.
I developed a passion for literature and creative writing at the age of 12, by reading Twilight of all things. However, it did introduce me to the world of books and stories, which has been a great source of comfort and inspiration throughout my life.
My family moved to Miami in the US when I was 11, experiencing a big cultural transition. I had to learn English quickly, but it changed my life.
I went to Public School there, where I met my some of my dearest friends to this day.
At 14, we had to move back to Chile. That was another big transition. I went to an international school, and adapted to my life there again.
When I was 16 years old I learned to build websites, partly to help my mother with her business. Also, I just found websites very cool.
I attended the American Public School system during Middle School. It was an experience, but I excelled there.

After graduating High-School I pursued medical school in Spain, following in my mother’s footsteps, with a dream of becoming a doctor. However, as I look back, I see that this wasn’t so much what I wanted, as what I thought was Expected of Me.
While I was in the middle of my first year of Med-School, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, leading to a period of intense personal reflection and change.
It was among the hardest things I have faced in my life. It caused a lot of frustration and anger. I became depressed. While I am not in remission, I feel better. But this improvement required a hard look at what I wanted and what I could do.
However, through some intense soul-searching, I have found and crafted a path that is more aligned with who I am and what I like.
I transitioned from medicine to technology and business. I did it because I have a genuine interest in technology and its uses, but also because at the moment of choosing it was something I could do, regardless.
I completed a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and pursued a BSc in Computer Science
At 24, focused on building beautiful websites, writing, and brand strategy.
I am on a mission to help others find their authentic voice and build businesses that convert. I have seen what aligned business can do for a people, not only the owner, but also the clients. It is a transformative experience on all levels, and it is something I want to be a part of.

While we are in our alpha testing phase to perfect the quality of the service, we will be offering a 75% discount on the cost to a limited amount of businesses.
We offer Custom Automations for all sort of businesses. We offer simpler, straight to the point automations like Book-keeping Automations (starting at 300 euros), or CRM starting at 400 euros, and complete social media automation set at 2500 euros. We always offer flexible payment options between 6 to 12 months.
